Shipment and Delivery

All garments will be globally delivered to you within 15-25 days after reception of your paid order.

Shipment will be done through Fedex (or equivalent) for shipment within India and UPS (or equivalent) for international shipment.

Our prices stand for Incoterms DDP exclusive of VAT (shipping charges paid, import duty in the customer’s country paid, VAT in the customer’s country not paid)


Returns (if applicable)
 
Making a return is easy.  Just email to info@11-11.in within 5 days of receiving your order and return the items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Freight and duty charges are not refundable ie. 20% of invoice value will be deducted from the refund. Return freight costs are borne by the customer.
To be eligible for a return/exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
 
Will not be eligible
-       any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-       or any item not been acknowledged within 5 days by Email
-       or returned more than 14 days after delivery.
-       or item on sales
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange (if applicable)

Making an exchange is easy.  Just email to info@11-11.in within 5 days of receiving your order and return the items within 14 days of receiving your order.  Return freight costs are bourne by the customer.

Sale items can't be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your return will be inspected maximum 3 working days after reception of your return and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within the same 3 working days.
If you are approved, then your eligible refund amount will be processed within 3 working days after the approval, and a credit will automatically be processed in these 3 working days to your credit card or original method of payment from our side. Reception of the credit on your side will be inherent to process time of the payment gateway used, on which we have no control.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Replacement (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
