Composed from various wood blocks using mud resist printing and over-dyed in natural indigo. The rug is made from organic Kala cotton and handwoven in the Kutch regions of Gujarat.
- Kala cotton is indigenous to Kutch and by default organic, as the farmers do not use any pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. It is a purely rain-fed crop that has a high tolerance for both disease and pests.
- Block print is inspired by Mark Rothko’s revolutionary paintings, 11.11 / eleven eleven has used the rug as an art canvas. Applying a clever overlay of the block and resist-block prints, a technique used for Ajrakh printing.

Wash Care for INDIGO COTTON
It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

NOTE:
Indigo bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time.

All order will be delivered via Blue dart (or equivalent) in 2 to 3 business days.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on a made-to-order piece, but our customer care team would be happy to assist you for any product or size related concerns.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
