Q: How and where is it made?

All our pieces are made in India through a fibre-to-finish process that begins in artisan communities and comes together at our workshop in New Delhi. We work closely with Kala Khoj in Kachchh—a producer-owned organisation with 250 artisan members—where textiles are made slowly and by hand, often within artisan homes. Our cotton garments use handspun, handwoven cotton with a significantly lower carbon footprint, dyed with plant-based colours , and finished using craft techniques like smocking, painting, and tie-dyeing. Our silk pieces are made using mulberry silk from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. The entire process is rooted in care and generational skill, with a majority of our value chain led by women and many artisans under the age of 35. An elegant hand-woven scarf being a statement accessory, made in fine silk featuring a unique pattern of motifs created through a combination of Ori Nui and Maki Nui shibori.

- 100% silk.

- Crimson pink is achieved through a blend of indigenous ingredients from The Indian landscape including Rubia, rust, and harda solution.

- Ori-Nui and Maki-Nui shibori is created by stitching and tying the fabric. The resist motif is created through binding and capping on the fabric.

- Dimensions 41" X 6.5" inches / 104.14 cm.

Wash Care for SILK

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

Shipping: Shipping in India is FREE.
The product will ship with in 20 to 30 days after reception of your paid order. Delivery: All order will be delivered via Blue dart (or equivalent) in 2 to 3 business days.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
