INDIGO BANDHANI SHIRT

Cut from handspun cotton into a relaxed silhouette, the shirt sits narrow on the shoulders with a band collar and kimono-inspired sleeves. Speckled with a unique pattern of bandhani dots and dyed in natural indigo.

- 100% Cotton.

- Handspun yarn is made using a single spindle Gandhi charkha.

- Bandhani is a traditional tie and dye technique done in India.

- Natural indigo is dyed in 100% fructose-based fermentation.

- 31 inches / 78.74 cms is the length of the garment.

- The model, Santosh, is 6’ and is wearing a Small size.

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
• Dry flat
• Handwash in mesh bag
• OR Gentle agitation machine wash in mesh bag. Wash in cold water in a slow cycle, not more than 25 min with mild detergent or less quantity of normal detergent.

NOTE: Colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time. It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.
