CHALK PINK SILK SHIBORI UNISEX SHIRT

A unisex free-spirited panelled shirt with a notch collar and gathering at the back, along with all over miniature bandhini dots and dyed in chalk pink.

- 100% silk.

- Chalk pink is achieved through a blend of indigenous ingredients from The Indian landscape including Rubia, harda and alum solution.

- Shibori is a tie-dye technique that uses running-stitches as a way to resist the design.

- Faded story, the color has naturally aged in certain parts of the garment. The garment you will receive is exactly the same as the image. The garment has a few stains due to dyeing.

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

• Dry flat
• Handwash in mesh bag
• OR Gentle agitation machine wash in mesh bag. Wash in cold water in a slow cycle, not more than 25 min with mild detergent or less quantity of normal detergent.

NOTE: Colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time. It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.
