MANGO YELLOW BANDHANI SILK KAFTAN DRESS

Made with our lightest fine silk - this breathable fabric is perfect for warm weather dressing. Speckled with a bandhani motif and over dyed in mango yellow this kaftan is reminiscent of summer.

- 100% silk.

- Bandhani is a traditional tie and dye technique done in India.

- Mango yellow is achieved through a blend of indigenous ingredients from The Indian landscape including rust and harda solution.

- 50 inches / 127 cms is the length of the garment.

- Faded story, the color has naturally aged in certain parts of the garment. The garment you will receive is exactly the same as the image.

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

• Do not iron
• Dry flat
• Handwash in mesh bag
• OR Gentle agitation machine wash in mesh bag. Wash in cold water in a slow cycle, not more than 25 min with mild detergent or less quantity of normal detergent.

NOTE: Colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time. It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.
