BANDHANI SILK SCARF

 Scarf is made in fine silk with bandhani on it and dyed in  wine. Dyed in lac and indigo to get the wine color.

- Bandhani is a type of hand tie-dye.

- Faded story, the color has naturally aged in certain parts of the garment. The garment you will receive is exactly the same as the image.

- The wine color is achieved through a careful blend of ingredients indigenous to the Indian landscape including : Sappan wood, indigo, myrobalan and tamarind solution.

- Dimensions: 45 X 45 inches / 114.3 X 114.3 cms.

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
• Dry flat
• Handwash in mesh bag
• OR Gentle agitation machine wash in mesh bag. Wash in cold water in a slow cycle, not more than 25 min with mild detergent or less quantity of normal detergent.

NOTE: Colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time. It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.
